Follow Mr.Kanok and Mrs.Wan's direction 1. Soak dry rice noodles (120 g) aor fresh rice noodles (200 g) for about 10 mins. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat oil 2-3 tablespoons in a wok. Add tofu cubes (100 g) and fresh shrimps. Stir-fry until meat is cooked. 3. Add an egg into the wok. Wait until it is cooked withoutstirring. 4. Add Kanokwan Pad Thai Paste and drained rice noodles. Stir-fry until the ingredients mix well together. 5. Add bean sprouts (100 g) and chives. Stir-fry for another minute.
